June 12th, 2025 – Last week, Customs and Border Protection (CBP) issued a notice regarding the Presidential Proclamation that increased Section 232 aluminum tariffs from 25% to 50% ad valorem for most aluminum and aluminum derivative imports (CSMS # 65236645).
CSMS # 65288784 updates the attachment to CSMS # 65236645 to be consistent with the annexes to the June 3rd, 2025, Proclamation published in the Federal Register at 90 FR 24199, on June 9th, 2025.
