June 12th, 2025 – Last week, Customs and Border Protection (CBP) issued a notice regarding the Presidential Proclamation that increased Section 232 steel tariffs from 25% to 50% ad valorem for most steel and steel derivative imports (CSMS # 65236374).
CSMS # 53289012 updates the attachment to CSMS # 65236374 to be consistent with the annexes on June 3rd, 2025, Proclamation published in the Federal Register at 90 FR 24199, on June 9th, 2025.
