We need technology to keep us connected with our customers, vendors and partners so our people can focus on finding the best shipping solutions for our customers – and none of that would be possible without the assistance from our IT department.
From solving employees’ tech issues to setting up new conference rooms, assisting with client requests, and everything else in between, Joey, our IT & Systems Specialist, always goes above and beyond to ensure Trans-Border HQ operations are running smoothly – and does it with a smile on his face and the determination to tackle any problem thrown his way!
Because of his positive attitude, determination and eagerness to help, Joey has been named Employee of the Quarter for Q3 2025!
