Congratulations to our Q4 2024 Employee of the Quarter: Mara!
Mara recently celebrated her first year with Trans-Border in October 2024 working in the Import Operations department. She was selected as Employee of the Quarter in recognition of the positive attitude that she brings to not only her own department, but the overall workplace. She consistently offers assistance to her co-workers and is always eager to go above and beyond to learn as much as possible; she is even willing to take on more challenging shipments to further her knowledge in the industry!
