Welcome to Trans-Border, Bethany Berard!
Please give a warm welcome to the newest member of our import operations team – Bethany Berard! Beth, as she prefers to go by, comes to Trans-Border with experience in the customer service and logistics industries.
Beth was born in Massachuesetts but grew up in Pennslyvania. So don’t be caught off guard if you catch her saying “yins” instead of “y’all” or “you guys.” She credits these unique sayings to her time in PA. She is one of five children and happens to be the only girl!
Beth has customer service experience in both retail and hospitality. Before joining Trans-Border she was working at FedEx specializing in labels, packaging, signs and banners. While she is thrilled to have a set work schedule here at Trans-Border, Beth is most excited to expand her knowledge of the logistics industry. She states the “family atmosphere and chill environment” of Trans-Border is something she really looking forward to being a part of.
Beth and her fiance just bought their first home in Ballston Spa. The town gives her strong Gilmore Girls vibes and reminds her of Stars Hallow. She enjoys baking and serial killer podcasts. Her favorite podcast is titled Morbid: a true crime podcast, where two women, one an autopsy technician and the other a hairstylist, discuss true crime cases in an entertaining way. She also loves Disney and one of her favorite phrases comes from Dory – “Just keep swimming!” She is inspired by that moment of peace you get at the end of the day when everything on your to-do list has been checked off!
We are very excited to have Beth at Trans-Border! Stop by Beth’s desk or drop her a welcome message at firstname.lastname@example.org.
