“I’d like to acknowledge the entire [Trade Finance] team: Kate, Zack, Michael, and Denver. We have worked well together, and we are all serious about our job performance.”
That strong teamwork helped set the tone for a year built on learning, growth, and steady improvement.
Building Strong Customer Communication
When reflecting on what she’s most proud of, Chelsea points to one of the most important skills in the industry: customer communication.
“I’ve learned to communicate well with our customers and to solve any issues that may arise,” she says. “I have focused on being informative, helpful, and building a strong rapport.”
It’s a strength that not only supports the customer experience, but also builds trust and long-term relationships.
Growing Through New Responsibilities
One challenge that shaped Chelsea’s growth this year was stepping into a new role in the training process—helping support and guide new employees as they come on board.
“This can be challenging,” Chelsea explains, “however it has brought me a sense of accomplishment to see the new employees thrive and gain new skills.”
Taking on that responsibility so early in her career shows both confidence and leadership—and it’s clear she’s making a difference for the team.

For Chelsea, success is about more than just results—it’s about enjoying the work and continuing to grow.
“Success for me means enjoying my job while continuously learning and taking on new challenges.”

“I am excited that I have a job I enjoy,” she says. “I am also excited to continue to build strong relationships with team members as well as our clients.”
