More Than Just Logistics!
Here at Trans-Border, we value our community involvement by giving back locally and helping those in need. We sponsor and donate to a designated charity every month which are brought to us by our valued employees. Some charities have a personal connection to an employee whether it being a family member or a friend who is in need of extra assistance. We aim to help in any way possible!
Each Friday, our employees are encouraged to wear their jeans to work for a $5 donation towards our charitable organization called “Jeans For Charity” and at the end of each month, the money is then donated toward the designated charity chosen–MY! What a great turn out this has been!
Here’s a list of the Charities we’ve donated to in 2015…(Just to name a few)!
-Make A Wish® Foundation Northeast/New York
-Ronald McDonald House of Albany®
-Various private GoFundMe donations
-Capital Region Foodbank

In total for 2015 and with over 65 employees donating on a regular basis, Trans-Border has raised & donated over $3,500 combined from our jeans for charity events. Our Partners, Jeff Millens, Josh Spiegel & Martin Hellwig have also generously matched our employee donations, which then brings us up to over $10,000 in donations for the year of 2015. Can you believe that? We can’t either… We can’t wait to see what the rest of 2016 will bring us!
