Meet Caiden – our newest team member joining our Domestic Operations team. Caiden is a true Saratoga native, growing up in Porter Corners just 15 minutes north of the downtown area. He is not a newbie to the freight forwarding world; he spent 3 years at Logistics One in Ballston Spa but decided to change gears (literally) and most recently was a driver for a scientific and medical supply company based out of Albany. Caiden may not have children, but he does have his hands full as a cat and dog dad with his girlfriend Meg to assist him. In total, they have six animals – two dogs (Edward and Gordon) and four cats (Murph, Macy Gray, Paisley and Quinn) – talk about running a zoo! In his free time, Caiden prefers to spend it outside – whether its riding ATV’s, snowmobiling or fishing – and enjoys traveling and exploring new places. A new hobby he enjoys on vacations is eating fancy dinners from places featured in magazines and catching some rays at the beach – just a couple hobbies he’s picked up from his mother! (They say like mother like son, right??) Since Caiden loves to explore (and gas prices these days are out of control), it makes sense he would choose flight as his superpower. Unfortunately, he isn’t Superman, so he’ll have to settle for mortal modes of transportation. To pass the time on his endeavors, he would start the trip with a personal mixtape of Steely Dan, Conway Twitty, and Megan Thee Stallion – we stan a man of variety! – but would switch over to his favorite comedy podcast, This Is Important, from the Workaholic guys (Adam Devine, Blake Andersen, and Anders Holme). Given his love for comedy, it should come as no surprise he would invite Chris Farley, Betty White and Martha Stewart over for an exclusive dinner party – to be a fly on the wall at that get together! Caiden can be described by his loved ones as polite, funny and charismatic – a triple threat and a great addition to the Domestic team! His personal motto in his own wise words is “there ain’t nothin’ to do but to do it” – ain’t that the truth!
