Meet Kevin—our newest team member joining our Import Operations team! Some of you may recognize the name as Kevin started his career in freight forwarding here at Trans-Border under the tutelage of Bill Carey but is back for more! Kevin is originally from a small town in NY about an hour south of Montreal called Keeseville but ended up in the Capital Region after graduating college in 2005. Outside of logistics, Kevin enjoys spending his time watching documentaries, movies, and TV shows, as well as the occasional video game session, but also enjoys reading and writing when he needs a break from screentime. If Kevin could have any superpower in the world, he would choose telekinesis because being a Jedi would be pretty cool—can’t say I disagree! Since Kevin has had one too many bad and stressful airport experiences, he would choose a backpacking/camping trip over an all-inclusive vacation, listening to his favorite podcast, the Joe Rogan Experience, along his travels. Despite his brothers chipping his front tooth during an at-home wresting match years ago, he would still invite them to his exclusive dinner party, along with his mother and the infamous Keanu Reeves. Hopefully no wrestling match will breakout at this dinner party—Keanu may have the upper hand here, though, it may be good payback for the chipped tooth… Kevin can be described as sarcastic, pragmatic, and naïve, and shared the advice of take the time to think things through longer.
